Being a celebrity often comes with a lot of online negativity in the form of subtweets and trolls. Sometimes, the person making the shady comment is another celeb, which leads to some pretty public drama. Here are some celebs called each other out for shady social media comments:

She wrote that the magazine used to feature people like John Lennon and Muddy Waters. And Hunter S Thompson wrote political pieces for them, yet they put Tina Turner on their cover.

Then, she brought up Jersey Shore star Snooki Polizzi unprompted, and add up, “It’s really disappointing when a publication that used to be all about substance and authenticity sells out and starts only caring about style and revenue. That’s when Snooki became acceptable coverage. Give me a break.

THE COMEBACK:

Almost a year later, Pink’s comments about Snooki reappear recently, and Snooki finally saw them. On Twitter, Snooki said, “Omg I never saw this! Did Pink come after me? The fuckkkkk lol.”

Justin Bieber commented on his picture, “The shop that did her custom wrap reposted the picture, and then he left another comment “Burn It.”

And later on, Justin apologized to JoJo Siwa and wrote, I have nothing against you it was the car and the colors I did not like. I really hope you didn’t think it was malicious or spiteful.

Selena Gomez said in her 2022 documentary “My Mind And Me” that Taylor Swift is her “only friend in the industry.”

E! News posted a quote on Instagram about Selena Gomez’s kidney transplant, to which Francia Raisa, Selena’s kidney donor, friend, and fellow actor, replied “Interesting.”

Comeback:

And then in a TikTok someone else made about the situation, Selena left a comment apologizing for not mentioning every single person she knows.

THE CONTEXT:

In 2016, Justin Bieber posted a series of Instagram photos with his then-girlfriend Sofia Richie. In the captions, he warned fans that he would delete his account if they didn’t stop harassing her and comparing her to his ex Selena Gomez in the comments.

Selena commented on his picture and points out that if one can’t handle online hate, then one should stop posting pictures of their girlfriend. Selena thinks that the relationship should be special between the two people and not shared with the rest of the world. She believes that fans love and support the person before anyone else does.

In response to what she interpreted as a dig at her song “Bad Blood,” Taylor Swift replied, “I’ve done nothing but love & support you. You shouldn’t compare ladies to one another. She continued, Maybe one of the men took your slot.”

Comeback:

Nicki responded, saying “I didn’t say anything about you specifically. I’m just talking about racism in the media and the music industry in general. I still love you.”
